Always keen to promote new ideas, we have been fitting overnight vision correction contact lenses for more than 5 years. Ortho-K is a non-surgical procedure that uses specially designed contact lenses to gently reshape the curvature of your eye. The lenses are called Eyedream and are worn at night whilst you’re asleep; in the morning your vision is clear and sharp and you won’t need glasses or contact lenses during the day. They have been shown to slow down the progression of myopia in the developing eye and are very popular with children.

There is now a daily disposable soft lens called Misight, which is worn during the day and has a similar effect.
